Virus?

My Norton anti virus has detected a file called 2-1[1].htm. adware  it has not been deleted by Norton and i cannot manually delete it, neither can i find it with a file search, is it anything to be concerned about and does anyone have any ideas how to get rid of it if it is a problem , thankyou for any help you are able to offer.

had a similar problem ...downloaded "spybot" ...that did the trick
