Okay long story the guy applied for a visa and one question said have to had ur sex opperation yet and he ticked yes so he now has a frauded official document stating hes a girl but he's not, he uses it to have a female facebook account and go into female public toilets

do you mean that you know someone in the real none cyber world that dresses as a female but is in fact male, this person has a facebook account that is reflecting his cross gender preference and he dresses as a female and so goes into the female toilets?

If so that's reasonable leave the guy/gal alone

hang on back up- a minute, what does he need a visa for to go on facebook? or into a public toilet for that matter, and you kno9w a particularly eerie amount of personal info about this poor guy, are you stalking him?
