PC setup

Sometimes the set up of my PC seems to change and when I hit the tab key, instead of the cursor going to the next text box, it shuttles between screens of the internet or other documents which are open. Also, when I left click on the microsoft shortcut bar, it behaves as though I have right clicked on it. It seems to do this independently. Is there any way I can set it not to do this or change it back as it's sooooo annoying!!

This sound's like you Alt key is stuck. Normally if you hold down the Alt key and press the Tab key you can shuffle to any open programs.
