Startup picture on Nokia phone

I'm annoyed by the Vodafone displayed as my phone starts up. Any ideas on how to get rid of it?

Settings .. display ... wallpaper.. or operator logo.

alavahalf. Thanks, but not wallpaper - and operator is "off" - and greyed-out anyway..

I thought the branding was normally cooked into the ROM. If that's the case here then you'll need to flash the ROM, which is possibly more trouble than it's worth just for that.
