When i send a mail, the email goes into the Outbox (which is fine). When i press the send and recieve button, why wont the mail send? It just sits there and does nothing. All the address etc is filled it but nothing...As if there were no mail to send. Any ideas?

What about the send button in the upper left?
have you recently installed Outlook or has this only just happened on a previously working system?

If the former then it is probably because you haven't got your send and receive properties set up. Have a look at this link for setting up tiscali on Outlook express. Outlook is very similar so you should be able to work out the stages. Your connection provider will probably have a similar webpage of their own.
