Dragging

I cannot seem to drag the bottom of a page up to give me letterbox,When i try to do this i bring the task bar up.
I am sure it is something simple knowing me. Thx

have you clicked on the middle off the three icons up in the top right corner first?

if the window is on full screen you can't resize it.

I cannot do it on the sides either when i am on google but its ok when i am on Yahoo

i cannot grab the top blue part and move the page about either on google OK on Yahoo

If you are using WIndows, try double-clicking on the top blue part (assuming that you mean the title bar) - does the middle of those three icons in the top right corner change?
