When printing documents, does the hard drive store them in the memory, whether or not they've been deleted? If so, can they be retrieved? I need to access a notice that I printed some weeks ago, as there is some dispute about what it said. The notice has since been removed form the board. Thanks.

Files temporarily go to the print spooler while waiting to be printed. They are removed once successfully printed.

If you printed it some weeks ago, you've no chance of getting it back apart from finding the original document you printed.
