What a jerk!!

I have an electric golf trolley and recently it has started to accelerate/decelerate in a jerking action,but not all the time.I have checked for the obvious ie loose,bare or broken connections.Any ideas please other than binning it????

do all the moving parts seem to move smoothly if you turn them by hand?

It's difficult to judge, the motor drives a low-geared gear box which is quite "stiff" to turn by hand.So to say whether it's smooth or not mmmmm!!!!!

Will most likley be potentiometer, possibly control module if all leads and connections sound, check with trolleys4golf.com for parts,
