connected mobile up to pc following nokia's on screen guide [pc on, phone on, then attach lead]. As soon as the usb lead was attached to the phone [nokia 6288] the phone died. Went to 3 shop, they repaired it. re-connected it & got all my contacts etc back on. Yesterday, tried to hook it up to save some photos. The phone died again. 3 shop have sent it off for repair again. The sales rep said it could be down to the pc sending a data surge, is this sales rep 'talk' or a possibility?
