Anyone got any tip for restoring feature where can change size and colour when typing email on kindle fire. Tried the usual reboot with power on and off and Amazon can't say anything more. Thanks

Is anyone else having problem with restoring options bar on email. Used to be able to select print size and colour for sending email and now can't. Anyone else had this and know how to restore please?
