When clicking on hyperlinks in emails I can never get them to open in IE, I always have to copy and paste. I used to be able to open the links and can't think what I've changed - any advice please?

have you changed browsers lately?
sounds like your default browser is set to one that you no longer have installed.
in internet explorer click on the tools menu, then select internet options and then click on the programs tab and click the button half way done that page that says "make default" and try your links again
