This is not a question, but though you techie geeks would be impressed by this

This is a photo from the 2009 Inauguration, in which you can see IN FOCUS the face of each individual in the crowd!

You can scan, double click and zoom to any section of the crowd ... wait a few seconds ... and the focus adjusts.

Just keep double clicking till you zoom in right on a persons face.

The picture was taken with a robotic camera at 1,474 megapixel (295 times the standard 5 megapixel camera).

Makes you wonder who's watching us right now!

Eek! *draws the curtains*
you can see our house!!
I would have thought that all the satellite photography available on the internet is a lot more impressive, least of all because its taken from about 100 miles above the Earth.
Look at the American flag drapes in centre of picture
Look at the left end
Look above where there is a balustrade with a lamp post
To the left of the lamp post is a black man with a beard (left and facing him is a guy in a striped woolly hat)
Zoom in on the black man
Zoom right in on his face
What do you see?
It looks like a man in a flat cap has been photoshopped out of the picture
LOL.... your right Rojash..

And if you look just a little to the right of the flat cap there is a man with a very strange fitting hat.

Also if you go straight up from the flat cap, to where a guard is standing there is a man below him with two faces by the looks of it.

Pretty amazing pic though, I'll forgive a few stitching errors!
Twenty20 - the resolution of satellite photography is not as impressive as this. If you are refering to online mapping such as Google Earth etc. the high resolution street level imagery is photographed from aircraft flying at 100s of metres rather than satellites at 100s of miles.
Well I couldn't find what Rojash was on about, but I did notice a load of people asleep!
On the right hand side of the seats facing you right at the back,on the right hand side of the portaloo theres a man in a woolyhat that looks like he's about to snatch the handbag off the woman on the bench, anyone else see this?

have you aso seen the black guy has a hole in his head?

if you go straight up from him ... there are 2 sets of blue stairs
between them is a white thingy with 2 guys in uniform
(and a man stood behind them)

the right hand soldier in the dark coat follow down the coat to where his left leg should be
(his left your right)
there is a bald guy WITH THREE EYES
behind the sailor in the white hat
obviously taken with an iPhone eh zack?
the hair on the woman(blue scarf & two places to the left of the three eyed bald guy) looks like it belongs to someone else.
middle bottom
between the two widely spaced lenses next to black lady wearing red scarf
is a black guy wearing half a flat cap
