Has anyone out there had the misfortune to purchase a Dell 966 All In One Printer. It has got to be the world's worst piece of "engineering" ever made. It constantly spews out many blank pages with a copy, if it doesn't get jammed that is, making you open the rear flap to clear it constantly. I've tried everything. Not putting in too many sheets of blank paper to putting in just the right amount to copy, to putting in a full tray, to making sure the paper is warm and not stuck together. It is a complete waste of money. Any thoughts?
