I'm having trouble with using Roxio Easy Media Creator 9 to burn DVDs.

Whenever I click on the 'Create DVD' icon, I get a message saying: 'Your video card will now be profiled in order to tune the application for optimal performance on your system.' When I click OK, I get this message: 'Your videocard diagnosis failed. The application cannot run.'

Has anyone else had this problem before?

Changing to Vista

IE or Windows Update not Working

It is graphics card related issue. Do you have graphics card in your computer? Try to update it's driver.
You can find driver form vendor site.
