bulk mail

I have my e-mail through bt-yahoo. There should be a bulk mail folder (for junkmail) but I can't find it. It is not with all my other folders (inbox etc). Where can I find it?

Mail that is recognised as 'spam' by BT is removed to a junk folder on their severs, so it doesn't waste your time and bandwidth downloading it to your computer. Therefore a junk folder doesn't appear in your Outlook (or whatever) mail programme. To view your Junk folder you have to use BT Yahoo's webmail service via the net. Log on to http://www.btyahoo.com/welcome2 and click log in, and enter your username and password. You can then check for email, and view your junk folder. The contents of the folder are kept for 30 days. I currently have 2279 junk emails in my junk folder! That's just from the last 30 days.
