i tried to download itunes from the website it always shows a dialogue box. it asks whether we want to run the file or save it. which one should i choose.

Save it to a location that you will remember (such as your desktop). After it's downloaded, double-click it to install. After it's installed, delete the file that you downloaded.

Save.

When you download, it usually downloads to a temporary area.

If you click run, it'll download to that then run straight from there.

If you click save, it'll ask where (choose your desktop probably), and then download to there. Then, you can run it when you want, and you know where the file is so you can delete it once you've used it.
