I have one of the new style ipod nanos and think it works really well with itunes.
I am considering buying another one for my son so my question is, is it possible to use 2 ipods with totally different song contents on itunes?

Set up two user accounts in Windows -- one for you, another for your son.

Each iTunes will use its own library.
