Not as good as XP search. Anyone know of a way to search on Vista for Photos taken BETWEEN two dates as one can on XP. If not anyone know of a FREE prgoram which would do this for me?

I did and you cannot search between twodates as I said. That is what I need to do!

View Details, immediatley disappears when you click on Pictures. which is what I am searching.

I have downloaded Seeker which does the job perfectly.

Try using windows photo gallery this should already be in your programmes. Al your photos will be in there, under the dates they were taken.
