I think it would depend on whether the warning is anything to do with children as employers worth their salt will do police checks..........

Im going to Spain in Spetember to teach English and when applying they were specific about criminal charges. im under the impression that they frown upon you having criminal charges but dont think they should prevent you from working in the country!!
