BT Yahoo Email problem

Anybody having a problem with their BTYahoo email account over the past two days? A friend can access the internet over their broadband connection but can't access their BTYahoo email account.

..no probs here.... when did she last log onto the email?....if you don't use it for a while they close it down....

Mines ok too. Could it be password related, or something silly like having the caps on?

Friend solved it (with no help from BT). He had to reset his password for some reason. Thanks to all.

mine is the same but has been playing up for ages {months}
my [broadband] internet provider is talk talk and i pay btopenworld {btyahoo} for my bt email address, and for the past few months my bt email doesn't seam to open it just reloads itself, when i contact bt you get messed about from person to person, NIGHTMARE, but then sometimes if your lucky i can open the emails.
