Galaxy Note 8.0 Email Problem

Hi, My Samsung Galaxy Note 8.0 is working well....except for my primary email. Gmail and Yahoo appear as they should, but my primary email just has 'loading' with only two or three email appearing. Not sure how to fix it, so would appreciate anyhelp. Thank you.

Firstly check that your settings, password, etc for that account are correct but could also be a corrupt email stopping the rest from loading. Can you access from another machine & move/delete those that are being displayed, then retry. If they change on the Samsung then connection is OK & will just be process of elimination deleting messages until it clears, otherwise the settings are likely wrong & it is just hanging trying to connect.
