Depends on the program and/or how it has been set up, but not usually.

Not without copying the "setup" part of the program. Most installations put entries in the registry and it would be tricky to know exactly what they were.

If it's a very simple program, you could try just copying the folder but not many programs work that way nowadays.

That defintely puts registry entries in. However, you probably got a setup disk when you installed Nero. You could "borrow" that.
