I was walking along yesterday just day dreaming to myself and it suddenly dawned on me that I am pregnant! I mean, I know I am preggers but sometimes I just forget and the thought suddenly dawns on me and its like when I first found out. So is it just me, am I weird, is it 'cos I can still see my feet or is it normal?

its perfectly normal hun. After all, you cant see much just yet and even when youre being kicked and poked and have a babies @rse sticking out of your bump it still doesnt feel real!

Its really weird because then I was thinking 'how did that happen?', then I thought 'oh yeah, thats right, I remember now'. And I can understand what you say katie about looking at your kids and thinking 'they're mine'. I just hope I remember when the piglet arrives and don't leave her behind somewhere!

awww warpig, bless ya- I used to wake up as normal every morning when pregnant with Mini Boo, then after a few minutes i'd think "woah, i'm pregnant", gotta admit I loved that feeling.

So yes it's very normal.

oh and after youve given birth for weeks after youll feel what you think is a kick and put your hand on your tum. Then youll remember that baby is in crib beside you lol

My wife is a week into the second trimester. At what stage do you properly start to 'show'?

went for the first scan on wednesday and she admitted that it first hit her properly then, especially when B'fer started kicking in the womb.

LOL sarnieken, I am 24+5 so you would think that the idea of being pregnant wouldn't be so new to me!

As for starting to show, well this has been an ongoing conversation on here with me due to my lack of bump. Everyone is different, I bought a pair of maternity trousers and they are still too big (tend to fall down a lot) and I am still wearing a pair of my normal jeans, albeit that they were a little too big before I was pregnant.

Also I got a kick last night that even Johnny Wilkinson would have been proud off, knocked my plate clean off my tummy, mrwarpig just stared, wide eyed in amazement!

Its not fair that youre still in normal jeans! lol Im 24 weeks today and Im huge!

My daughter see my huge bump this morning and happily pointed out she could see how big it was, she then went on to point out that my skin is all "blumpy". I didnt point out that that was left over from when I had her though! lol Kids eh? Why am I having another? lol
