I upgraded to WLM 8.1 (I had no other choice) but it keeps crashing - only stays open for a few minutes. The error message I get says 'WLM needs to close tell Microsoft about the problem' I then have a choice of two boxes 'Send error report' ' Dont send error report' I have send dozens of error reports. I have uninstalled/reinstalled. I looked on the MSN web page but the help is with reports with error numbers - I dont get an error number. Please someone help.
