downloading films

I have seen some legal sites for this- has anyone any experiences good or bad of film downloading sites?

only that i have found that any film or music download site i have surfed ALWAYS chucks up the antivirus software warning as they tend to be riddled with viruses or (more often) spyware and web tracking software

AFAIK, the only legal film d/l sites offer short movies/animation/experimental/totally obscure stuff. I have yet to hear of any legit site that offers films that the general public would want to watch. I believe that some of the film companies want to "cut out the middle man" of retail shops and offer movies to d/l in the future, but haven't started yet.

ps: http://www.ifilm.com/ is pretty good for getting movies, movie clips, and amateur (not porn silly!) movies, and is virus free as far as i'm aware
