problems downloading films to a bush 08mp08

I have bought a bush 08mp08 mp4 player and have no problem downloading music,
but when i put a film on all I get is a fuzzy screen and no sound can anyone tell me what im doing wrong and how to solve it please.

It's difficult to tell you what you are doing wrong, as you've not told us what you're doing.

we have put the film on windows media player and the film plays well.
we then sync the film onto the bush player via windows media player this is when it all goes wrong and the film wont play.

Probably the format (size) of film display is not supported .. or the Bush codecs cannot display that format.
Check the film format .. codec .. and compare with what the Bush WILL play.
