what is best? hdmi or component?

I ask because the new xbox elite 360 is coming out at the end of the year and has hdmi output, where as the current 360 has component only. I sit worth upgrading for hdmi, or not at all?

hdmi is better but the difference will be so marginal it certainly isnt worth upgrading for that alone....im not !
