You can omit the target='_blank' when posting on AnswerBank as this site automatically includes it in the link (which is, I suspect, why it appears many times in Ethel's explanations)

i.e. use <а һrеf="URL">Text</а>

Does this only work on certain websites? I tried to use both formulae when posting a renamed url link to a Bebo website, but it didn't work! I checked over and over again and I've used it correctly.
