How can I reset my font choices and other options in Outlook?

I somehow got this background on my emails and I can't get rid of it, even though my stationery option says blank. My signature is supposed to have 2 colours but now it's all on the same colour and everything is just gong wrong. How can I reset it and start again (without resetting all emails and addresses)?

Thanks in advance!

On the help menu you'll find a "detect and repair feature" if you tell it to keep your shortcuts nothing much will alter unless it finds something seriously wrong. If you tell it to disgard your shortcuts you'll still keep all your contacts and emails and calendar etc, just resets everything else to default. your signature should survive and then you'll be able to do whatever you want with it to get it back to the way you like it.
Your fonts are controlled by Tools-Options-Other-Advanced-Fonts
