I have inadvertently blocked emails from a good friend of mine so when they come in they go straight to the deleted items. Although i can still read them how do i get stop the blocker.Outlook express.

go to outlook express click tools then messages go from there

Or more correctly, in OE go to Tools/Message Rules/Blocked Senders List and then find your friends email address and untick it.
