Word Fire

Whenever I use Microsoft Word on my wife's computer, before I save a file, it always brings up a message 'Word could not fire the event'. It doesn't affect the use of Word but I would be grateful if anyone could tell me how to get rid of this minor irritation.

I believe it's to do with macros within the document. Try disabling macros completely (unless of course there's a reason you need them enabled). There may be a virus on your wife's PC that's embedding macro viruses into every document you save.
