i bought ferfume from fragrancex.com for �80 four weeks ago from america and still have not recived them i keep phoning up america and they keep telling me that it is in transit they wont refund me as they keep sayong that it has been dispached any surgestions what i can do

yup, explain to your card issuer. i stupidly paid for a bargain holiday i won on the internet (i am much wiser now), and the american company said i had 14 days to change my mind, no questions asked for a full refund. i informed them id changed my mind within a couple of days, but several months later, no refund. after many lengthy, costly calls to usa, i contacted my card issuer. they followed it up immediately and i was refunded very quickly. they will have a lot more legal weight behind them than you will. good luck.
sorry, i meant to say also - that i didnt pay by credit card ,but by my ordinary cash point card (visa debit)

thanks but i already have they have told me i have to take it up with the com pany and it is not down to them
have they given you proof of postage? Or a shipment number so that you can trace it via the shipping company?
Possibly its being held by customs?? The Americans and UK Customs will stop anything they like i think its casue they get a buzz of it., but unless you have proof of postage u could be a bit stuck

they have sent me an email comfirming the date it was shipped and an tracking number but only on the one parcel the second parcle they told me over the phone that i had entered my e mail adress wrong and that they could not send me any comfomation many thanks
