can anyone please help... when i want to watch a video clip someone has sent or from a site, it takes ages to load, sometimes 10 minutes. apparently it is loading and then 'buffering'. is it because we are not on broadband? is there a simple solution? TIA!!

Yes, it's because video clips are (relatively) large, and your connection is slow because you are not on broadband. There is a simple solution: get broadband.
