When I am watching video clips from the internet, the clips stop & freeze for a about three seconds or so and then continue . Is they anything I change within my computer settings so to stop this ??

sounds like streaming video. Your machine needs to download the video as it plays it. If you have a slow connection this could be the problem. To find this out why not check out a video from asite like bbc.co.uk. If that is ok then the site you are getting the video stream from is slow. Either way the best thing is to play it once minimised or while you do something else then replay it, it should then play from your cache with no probs. Cy Marven
As soon as it starts playing, press pause. Then wait for the full video to load (usually it'll show a little bar moving across the bottom of the picture). Then it might play fine.
