Help in Downloading Video Clips

Been using a handy Firefox add on to download clips from You Tube etc. But when I try to save clips from sites like this-

http://videos.tf1.fr/video/musique/actus/

where the video appears in a 'javascript pop-up' new window, I can't work out how to do it. All I get is a DAT file in Temp. Internet Files.

Can anyone tell me how to download these clips, please? Or am I attempting the impossible?
