How come some computers have a memory list on certain websites e.g. on yahoo if I search for 'answers' it will remember it along with everything else i have searched. So next time if i search something else beginning with an a 'answers' will pop up like a predictor type of thing.
This happened on pretty much any site come to think of it.
Anyone know how i can change this?

Thanx

ps. my laptop never used to do this until i had it wiped & new stuff installed

Which Broswer are you using Mozilla or Internet Explorer?

Both have got options on the Toolbar to change your settings - via Tools at the top -> Options -> Saved Forms etc.
