In a word, no. Whilst sea salt contains certain minerals not found in 'ordinary' salt, these are minute in quantity and you would have to consume a fair amount to obtain any nutritional benefit. Sea salt poses exactly the same risks as ordinary salt if you consume too much, e.g raised blood pressure, strokes, kidney disease etc. Type in Consensus Action on Salt and Health in Google and you'll find lots more info, if you're interested.
