every time i dial up to the internet i get error ole32.dll try restarting your computer, which i do it then connects but if the line disconnects i have to do it again this happens every time.how can i get rid of this pathetic (outlook express?) as it has always been some form of problem since day one. please sombody help before i kick seven bells out of my computer. thank you.

I assume you use Internet Explorer (IE) to surf the internet and this is giving your page fault error. You have a few choices: Upgrade your version of IE to version 6 service pack 1 (do this on line by clicking "Windows Update" on the "Start Menu": be warned this can be a big download of upto 18 MB, so only try this if you have a good connection). Alternatively, PC magazines used to have free software CDs and IE was one of applications on them. If you don't like IE, you can get other browsers such as Netscape Navigator or Opera. Once again, you can download these from the appropriate web site or get them off PC magazine CDs.
