Aargh .... absolutely impossible to get through on phone. However. I have successfully Managed to get a new password online as I couldn’t remember mine. My husband is now trying to register online, it is asking about which banks we used ten years ago and I thought I gave the correct answer, apparently not. Now he can’t register. Can someone please give me the correct link to print a form to register with them so he can go online instead of trying to phone them? He can then sent it by post and keep his fingers crossed he gets a reply. Thanks all.

What a mess they are in. I have mine paid by cheque and now they want my bank details for future payments. Hate online accounts as more passwords to remember and I’m not convinced about the safety of it. I tried to ring them and was told it could take up to an hour to get through. Apparently they do not have so many in the office so what a time to pick to stop paying cheques. What about these poor older people who do not have broadband. A shambles if you ask me.
riptide, you don't have to use online banking for your money to be paid directly in to your bank account.

Danny and Barry thanks but I still can’t find the correct form to post to them, to register for online use so I can use a password etc. Do I just have brain fog?
I thought the form I linked to is to register by post.

Also when they stop sending Congratulations letters in December how will my husband know if he has won anything? Will they send out emails? That’s why he needs to register online, so lucky I managed to get a new password today. And sometimes when you ring them, the line is dead or a robot says the number is out of service. Just have to keep trying the number ... and giving up after half an hour. Really bad.
Yes, they do send emails when you win. I've been paperless for a long time and it is not a problem.

Sorry Barry you were right. I will post today. Fingers crossed. Thanks everyone.
My second link is the correct one (I think!)
I have had forms to register with them in the past asking for all my holdings and details, always thought that was dodgy, supposing it gets lost. Sorry, I am a pessimist when it comes to giving personal information, especially to the NS&I, go and look at Trust Pilot and all the complaints. I will wait till March and perhaps by then you might be able to get hold of someone in their offices to talk to without having to wait an hour.
