You really have to follow the instructions carefully and usually things install pretty easily.

Two general installing tips -

1. Clean the cdrom before starting. It is a myth that dirt and scratches don't matter - they do. Clean the shiney side with a soft cloth rubbing ACROSS the disc - not around it. A little breath or a proper cleaner fluid will remove more stubborn fingermarks. Send it back if badly scratched, especially if it has scratches running round the disc.

2. Install it through Windows Control Panel rather than letting it run by itself. Go to 'Control Panel'; 'Add & Remove Programs'; 'Add new programs'. This help keep a track of what you have installed and will enable you to remove it more easily in the future.

If you have it installed and are having difficulty using it, there is probably an on-line instruction book or it might be on the installation disc in a .doc or .pdf format if you 'Explore' the CD.

Good luck - keep trying.
