UK Dictionary on outlook

Everytime I do a spell check on microsoft outlook it uses the US dictionary. I can change to UK it once the pop up comes up but I wondered if I could change the default setting so it automatically...

iTunes @ work?

I only have access to a PC at work and I want to install iTunes but don't want to use up all the memory with all the songs. Am I able to use a memory stick or something similar to store the songs on?
