Trojan

I recently had a Trojan on my laptop, Trojan start page, I think it has messed up my e-mail and nortona/v, ass I can only shut the laptop down by using the on/off button. Most inconvenient. Could the trojan have this effect or may I have a more serious problem with it ??

trojans can do that. but it may be more serious. download avg antivirus from www.grisoft.com

run it

delete the files with trojan

then it should be ok or if not you have another problem
