Trojan:Win32/Sirefef.J or Trojan:Win32/Sirefef.K

I get alerted by Microsoft Security Essentials and there's normally an alert for both the Trojans above. It suspends them and then i select to delete them however, within 2-3 minutes the same alert has arrived and the process gets repeated.

Any ideas on how to remove this for good?
Thank you!

I'd suggest a full scan with malwarebytes and remove anything that finds, it's a useful tool to have on your computer anyhow (and won't conflict with MSE)

Be careful during the install, because you have to decline the offer of the paid for version to enable you to use the free version.

Thank you, I'm just downloading that software now.

No luck.
I downloaded the software and did a full scan. It located three files that were a risk and deleted all three however, after a restart the warning about the two Trojans popped up again. . . anymore ideas?
Thank you anyway!
Download and run a full scan in safe mode with Malwarebytes this should fix your problem

I tried a full scan in Safe Mode, but this time it didn't locate any infected files. The problem still exists mind you! Thank you for the suggestion.
Any more?
