I'm trying to make a VCD for my Panasonic SA-HT330 Home Cinema system.

I use NeroVision Express 2 which seems easy enough. The VDC loads up OK and the title screen appears but when I press play it says 'you cannot do this at this time'. Or something like that.

The video file was an MPEG-3. Am I doing something wrong here???

How do i unistall block checker?
