Transfering PFC from PC to Mac

Hello

I run AOL Broadband 9.0 on XP and am about to change from a PC to a Mac. Can I 'take my PFC with me' in any form to another operating system?

Has anyone ever done this before? Or tried and failed? (!)

Please advise either way...
