Computer question.

I know this may sound really basic but my address bar has disappeared. How can I get it back please?

right click somewhere on the grey area where it would be then tick address bar! good luck

thanks. but there is something amiss. The address bar is now the right hand side of my google bar and not a complete bar like before. wierd!!!!!

Have you pressed F11 by mistake? Pressing it again should put the bar back.

press your windows button and r then type windows.exe

Right click again, untick "Lock the toolbars" and then drag it (the wee grey box that says "Address") onto a new line so that it has more space.
Once you're happy with it you can lock it again.
