I have set up an account for my son on my computer for limited access. As he is learning to use microsoft office, I do not want him to 'mess up' any of my files while he is learning. How can I protect my files?

If you are using XP this should help -

Encrypt them so he cannot access them.
If you are using different profiles and your documents are in your My Documents folder, then he should not be able to access them if he is a limited user.
File, Save As, Tools, General Options, Type in a password in Password to open, Confirm Password, Ok, Save

If your user is classed as an administrator then yours and his "my documents are stored separatly. So long as you don't put valuable files in a "shared documents folder." he won't be able to access your documents.

Hope this helps.
