Can anybody give me easy steps showing how to copy Microsoft Outlook (specifically contacts and inbox) to a disk. Is it possible?

It's Friday, it's nowhere near five to five and I am going to throw my computer out of my office window if I keep trying to work out how to do it!

Thank you!

goto file, import and export. select export to personal folders file (.pst) for inbox, not sure what to export contacts to - let me check and post again

could export contacts to excel or comma delimited but not sure all the data you need will be viewable !
do a search on help to export contacts - will give info on exporting them to a number of other mail programs !
