Synchronising Microsoft Outlook with an Email account. Since I am one of the have nots as far as broadband is concerned, I have an off peak ISP, this is fine for now but the problem I have is when I use Microsoft Outlook to send and receive my Email I get timeouts. I think this is something to do with the fact I am using Hotmail as my Email account which uses HTTP. The reason I use Outlook is so I can down load my email and then disconnect and read my Email offline thus saving me from paying for a peak time connection and leaving me to read my Email offline which is part of the reason for using Outlook. I used to use Outlook Exprees to do this but now prefer to try to use Microsoft Outlook as it has more features but I have not been very succsefull. Anyonre know a better Email provider that maybe uses Pop 3 or something else that will sync better with Ms Outlook

Your ISP almost certainly provides you with a POP3 box. The only thing is that your email address will change.
