Strength of bonds will affect it?
er I think you had better read the chapter of the book this concerns.
Take the molecule - I dont think you can use NA+Cl- as they arent molecules, - cl, -br -I and discuss how they reaact, then choose methan, ethylene and acetylene and discuss how THEY react
then - ethyl chloride, CH2 = CH Cl

oh god why dont people ask proper questions - I found this tedious in 1970....
yeah bo bo bonds have difft strengths
think of the energy reqd to break one....
